About me

What I'm building

Syllabust, a tool that turns your syllabi into study blocks on your Google or Apple Calendar, so office hours can be for the conversations that actually matter.

Why

i work in higher ed. i'm finishing my master's in Student Development in Higher Education at CSULB. i didn't take the straight path, so i care a lot about students finding their footing.

Also

i run Steady Oak Co., a calm, Stoic brand for workbooks and printables. its first product is Within Your Control, a Stoic journal i wrote as D.H. Shin. discipline over mood.
